Our Story

Chini was a vibrant and determined 19-year-old who dedicated her life to advocating for neurodiversity and mental health awareness. She was a beacon of hope for those who felt unseen and unheard, passionately believing in the power of understanding and acceptance.

When Chini's life was tragically cut short, her mother knew that her mission could not end with her. They founded The Chini Trust to ensure that her voice would continue to resonate, inspiring change and offering support to neurodivergent individuals everywhere. The Trust is a living testament to Chini's legacy, built on the foundation of her beliefs and the love that her family holds for her.

Our story is one of love, loss, and the determination to carry forward the light that Chini brought into the world. Through The Chini Trust, her family strives to honor her memory by creating a lasting impact, fostering a world where every neurodivergent individual is valued, supported, and celebrated.

Interning at The Chini Trust was a deeply enriching experience. I aligned with their mission to build an inclusive world for neurodivergent individuals and felt proud to contribute meaningfully. As part of my role, I researched institutions that support neurodiversity and actively outreached to build valuable connections for the Trust. The team’s warmth and purpose-driven approach created a space for both learning and impact. This experience has not only expanded my understanding of inclusion but also strengthened my commitment to creating accessible, empathetic spaces in society.
